Hello,

As I am ready to dig in the new one project finally decided to part out my ready project bike. I'll split it by the groups of the parts. I someone has an interest please let me know, I am open for negotiations.

Groups:

1. Engine kit = engine itself, carburettor + air filter with box, full cooling system, full ignition system, full exhaust system, controls for clutch, deco, throttle and shifting.

2. Suspension = front fork, fork guards, triple tree, shock.

3. Brake = front and rear callipers, front and rear master cylinders, guards, brake lines.

4. Wheels = Front and rear wheels with brake discs, rear sprocket and axles.

5. Chassis = Frame, sub frame, foot pegs, skid plate, swing arm, linkage, upper slider, lower slider, chain guard, kick stand.

6. Body kit = Tank covers, radiator covers, number plates, front and rear fenders, filter box cover, seat and tank with the accessories, fastening bolts and washers.

7. Electric = cable tree with accessories, control switches, vapor trail-tech with accessories, front light, rear light, turning signals, rear light mounting bracket.

I would like to collect at least more then half proposals regarding groups before to start it split.

1. Engine kit spec - 18 hours (like new)

Engine mods list:

606 cm3 at stock bore (98 mm)

Stroke (80.4 mm) & lightweight crank (-530 gr)

SKF high speed crankshaft bearings T-6

Shortened travel (- 20 mm)

Springs for weight 85-90 kg wet

Zupin triple tree 193 mm wide, 25 mm offset

Suspension is fully serviced 6 running hours ago.

I can't believe you're really parting it out. I've been reading the whole project thread while you've been working on it. You did a great job on that one mate. Can't wait to see what's coming up next! =)
