Hi Berik and Welcome on board... which is german...
There are a few things u can do to tune ure bike.
I installed a TC camshaft which increases valve stearingtime. But if you install this one make sure to change the position of your bevelwheel one klick forward.
Of course you can install a racing CDI, but there are no retail racing CDI's for the dual, so you have to know well what your doing or know somebody which can adjust it for you.
Other things you can do is to increase the comprimission of your cylinder by exchanging the piston with a high comp piston (from WISECO for eg.)
You can enlight the crankshaft by milling it and exchange the conrod with an aloy one. Install titan Valves. After all these changes you should install a racing exhaust system like ARROW. perhaps after all these changes it necessary to adjust your carburator
I hope i was able to help you.
Dont hesitate to ask further questions.
Cheers

Hi Mandu tnx for reply.........for the TC camshaft you mean the original cam from the TC 570 - TC 610 or other? If yes the cam is fully compatible for the 610 engine only with change the position of bevelwheel one klick forward.I know that husqvarna do a racing cam for 610 but this cam do his best on the high range with the problem on low range just a bit empty (i hope you know what i mean).
For the CDI i only know that JD IGNITION do a totally programmable cdi for 610 but the price is expensive 500 euro.....
I see the kit from zupin piston + cam but dont know the real advantage of it.....at the moment i have a x3 slip on on my bike with a jd jetting kit with this current setting...180 main jet-45 pilot jet-leak jet-5 position of needle....what setting you use?
Sorry for some noob question but in Italy there are a lot controversy about some point

Yep the TC Camshaft is from TC 570
About the Jetting Kit you have i cant say anything, but as much as we see is it realy ok with the originial setup, because its too big anyway.
But this is only working if you do all the tuning, from motor to the exhaust.
The Racing CDI you talking about, do you have Link for it? but yes they are very expansive.
Hehe abaout the Italian workshops... i know what you mean, i was visiting the factory in varese... looks beatyfull but if u ask a guy for any sparepart... "ah wait i think we have something in our storage"....
Cheers

Hi Berik,
I had same konfiguration than yours (X3 & rejetted) and installed a K&N pod filter RU-3190 (universal type) and in combination with a 185 or even 190 main jet ->

GPR Exhaust HU.15 GPE with modified dB Eater works a little bit better than Leo X3.
