Hi Angel,
I owned the same bike 410TE 1996.
On the right hand side you have to open the screw with the connected black pipe close to the buttom of the bike.
You'll see the one big screw on your first picture.
You have to to open the screw and the oil will leave the engine. Inside you'll find a metal filter. It looks like an "cigar" at the end of that "cigar" you will see an magnet with lot of metal flakes.
Clean that magnet.
May be you need a screwdriver to pick out that "cigar" out of the engine.
It's tricky.
On the left hand side you'll find close to the both exhaust pipes two screws together with a black plastic cover.
You see that black cover on your second picture.
Open these screws and clean the magnet on the black plastic.
I changed each 800Km the oil and I
never used
full synthetik oil.
You'll get in trouble with your clutch system if you use full synthetic oil.
Use just synthetic oil.
