Looks like a typically "to-long-at-full-speed" damage...
yeah i had to pull the clutch a bit quick,i think lack of maintenance by previous owners, barrel and piston mullered but got the barrel bored and plated, got it back todayCwoern hat geschrieben:Outch, that looks like it stopped the engine in less than half a sec, matesm570nut hat geschrieben:Hallo Jungs, sorry i verwendet übersetzen hoffe, Sie können verstehen, Englisch

Did you find the cause for that?
Just out of interest, you could salvage only the gears and clutch I suppose? The barrel gone as well?
What's the total rebuild cost to get it back on road?
I bought myself for a situation like that a complete recently rebuilt engine.
Good luck and keep us in the loop how all goes!
Cheers from Down Under
thanks,i hope soBenjamin hat geschrieben:Nice, proper job.
lol,me too, needless to say i just bought a temp gauge and an hour meter!Benjamin hat geschrieben:That was meant in both ways. Proper job in totally destroying the motor and proper job in rebuilding
I know what it costs to do that, so I hope you have better luck this time.
